Arnie Hendricks is the principal of Financial Management Resources and over the last 26 years has provided companies with part time CFO services. This experience with over 300 clients has enhanced his previous 10 years of Senior Management experience covering all major facets of corporate, financial and general management.
Experience has been gained in general and cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, financing, turnarounds, strategic planning, transition planning and buy/sell agreements. His background in sales, marketing, and operations enhances his financial management abilities. Leadership, communication, and analytical skills are major strengths that complement a strong drive to adapt to circumstances and achieve success.
Arnie has received several certifications to enhance his experience, including:
- Certified Management Accountant, Institute of Management Accountants
- Certified Exit Planning Advisor, Exit Planning Institute
- Certified Family Business Advisory, Galliard Institute
- Certified Business Planning Advisor, One Page Business Plan Company
Past experiences have included successful roles as a Chief Financial Officer with a $30 million leveraged buyout that required a significant turnaround and a $50 million company that doubled in size in three years. Actively assisting executives, production, and sales in each company to help them be successful in their responsibilities resulted in great results in each experience. Outdoor activities are of great interest whether it be hiking, mountain climbing, biking, skiing, golfing - or at the beach with his wife Carol and their family.
