After 21 years of merely surviving, my construction company has changed direction and we are beginning to really hit our stride. We have evolved into a turnkey development company and the future looks very bright. From surviving to thriving in less than two years, I attribute most of this to the evaluation process and guidance of Arnie Hendricks. I intend to consult Arnie on all of my large decisions. He is incredible at keeping me accountable and on task as the leader in the company. He also brings up the rest of the team.
