We have had the pleasure of working with Arnie Hendricks for 19 years. Every month he would come out to our company and we would review in detail, not only our financial statements, but everything involved in running our business. We discussed operations, capital purchases, sales, annual budgeting, annual business planning, succession planning, banking, etc. Our management team has come to see Arnie as a valuable partner. More importantly, when it came time to divest our Manufacturing business in 2015, Arnie was key in helping us through a successful transaction, bringing insight and strategy, thus allowing us to focus on our Bowman Dispenser business. He was key in the 3 year business planning for this division.
In June of 2020 we were successful in the selling of our Dispenser business. Arnie was again key in the success, in a large part due to his knowledge and experience of the selling process and the amount of work that is required prior to going to market. Arnie provided introductions to two qualified capital advisors that he felt would allow us the best opportunity.
We feel very privileged to have had Arnie on our team. We will miss our monthly meetings.
Arnie Hendricks was indispensable in guiding us through the process and ultimate sale of our 100 year old family business in mid 2018.
