In late 2019 and most of 2020 we engaged Arnie Hendricks to assist me in a developing a succession and planning strategy for my majority ownership in Farwest Sports. Arnie was key in helping us determine the valuation for the transition, evaluating cash flows needed, and seeing us through the necessary contract. Arnie was instrumental in getting us to the initiation of the stock sale and evolvement of future management transitions.
Arnie is highly skilled in CFO management and his extensive experience was extremely instrumental and our management team blended quickly in sharing our confidence in Arnie’s ability to see us through.
Arnie is certainly one whom we will keep in contact with as we go forward and will have no hesitancy in continuing to use his skills as our company continues to progress.
